Keys to private rooms are available for all service users. Relatives and advocates will also be able to access care plans and risk assessments if they wish as copies of these are kept in the service users rooms. We welcome all visitors and any suggestions they may have to improve our service. Unicorn House staff encourage personalisation of communual space by all residents.Service users are included in decision making through regular residents meeting. They are encouraged to maintain relationships through regular visits from family and friends.

The house is in South Croydon. It is spacious and has a large private garden. There is ample parking on Campden Road.
Access to public transport is frequent and close by, the house is only 5 minutes from Central Croydon by bus or tram. East Croydon offers services to London and nationwide. Croydon is a busy, bustling town with a market, it is considered to have the amenities that would be expected to be found in a major city. At Unicorn House staff support service users to make use of these facilities as far as possible.
